AI Call Portal
During my work and second internship at MCXess, I developed an AI voice portal that deploys configurable AI agents for tasks like customer service and sales. Within the team, my role was to build the entire AI backend, from processing incoming speech all the way to streaming the AI voice back to the caller. The biggest challenge was finding the right balance between speed and quality in the AI's responses. The project has since been completed.
